How Custom Artwork Works

Turn a favorite photograph into an original hand-drawn paper or canvas artwork created especially for you.

PRICING

Paper Artwork

• 8 × 10 — $150 total | $75 deposit
• 11 × 14 — $200 total | $100 deposit
• 16 × 20 — $280 total | $140 deposit

Canvas Artwork

• 8 × 10 — $250 total | $125 deposit
• 11 × 14 — $350 total | $175 deposit
• 16 × 20 — $500 total | $250 deposit

Choose either a 50% deposit or Pay in Full when ordering. Every deposit is credited toward the total price. For deposit orders, the remaining 50% must be paid before the completed artwork is shipped, delivered, picked up, or released.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• One subject
• Standard background
• One reasonable revision request
• A watermarked digital progress proof for approval
• Approximately two weeks to complete after all required photos, details, and payment are received

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

• Additional subject: +$60 for paper or +$85 for canvas
• Detailed background: +$50 for paper or +$75 for canvas
• Rush service, when available: +25%

Any add-ons will be reviewed and confirmed before the artist begins.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Choose paper or canvas, your preferred size, and either 50% Deposit or Pay in Full.
2. Upload a clear reference photograph and provide your artwork instructions.
3. PMY reviews your request and confirms any add-ons, delivery cost, and estimated completion date.
4. The artist creates your custom artwork.
5. You receive a watermarked completion preview. Because the artwork is drawn from your final submitted image, preference-based drawing revisions are not included. Only a clear artist error may be reported.
6. After you confirm completion, any remaining balance must be paid before the finished artwork is shipped, delivered, picked up, or released.

SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY, AND PICKUP

Shipping is additional and is based on the finished artwork’s size, weight, and destination.

Free local pickup or hand delivery may be available for qualifying nearby orders, including orders from friends and family. Local arrangements must be confirmed with PMY in advance and are not available for every address.

IMPORTANT CUSTOM-ORDER POLICY

Because every piece is created specifically for the customer, the 50% deposit becomes nonrefundable once the artist begins working. Final artwork will not be shipped, delivered, released, or provided without full payment. Taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Reference photographs must be uploaded through the secure order form. Please do not send personal photographs by text message.

The customer is responsible for selecting and submitting the final reference image. Any background, name, phrase, or other customization must be finalized before submission. Once the artist begins, the reference image cannot be replaced and drawing revisions are not included. PMY will correct only a clear error made by the artist compared with the final submitted image.
